Job Summary and Responsibilities
Supervise the staffs regarding the operation of the hotel switchboard. Maintain all telephones and related equipment’s within the hotel in good working condition. Conduct staff training on the use of equipment and proper telephone etiquette. Handle and investigates all complaints regarding telephone service, advising both management and guests. Ensure that relevant feedback from guests, outsiders and staff are reported to Department Head.
Job Requirements

 

1. Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline
2. Minimum of 3 years in Call Center experience, preferably in a hospitality business
3. Knowledgeable both in Call Center operation and technical
4. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
5. Posses good communication and interpersonal skills
