information I have more than 18 years working experience at Management level in Security Services line & operation and also more than 8 years in Hotels & Resorts operations and more than 5 years in Banking and financial Institution line.
I am responsible in providing security and safety to all staffs, guests and visitor within the perimeter of the Hotel & resort.
I trained and coaching the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Crisis Management Team (CMT) and frequently conducting emergency drill and also auditing the working Safety Hazard. I am also conducting investigation on any reporting incident or accident. I am also actively involved in helping in Hotel operations.
As Pre-Opening Loss Prevention Manager with The Ritz-Carlton Residences Kuala Lumpur and also Pre-Opening as Security & Safety Manager with Best Western Genting Highland, I did established the Standard Operating Procedure for security department and Crisis Management plan for the management team, preparing Operating Expenses budget, job description for Assistant Security Manager, Security Supervisor and security officer, threats and risks assessment for the hotel, coaching and training to all Hotel staffs on Emergency action plan and Emergency response team.
I also have an experience in handling a company as Branch Manager with G4S Malaysia, I oversee the operations of the branch which include Office administration, managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel, Evaluating employee performance and coaching and growing the location’s revenues.
During my tenure working as Security Manager, I have attended Marriott Global Safety & Security Loss Prevention Academy 2018 Bangkok, Thailand and 9th Annual Hotel Security Training Seminar by OSAC U.S Department of State in Bangkok, Thailand. In 2019 I had attended Loss Prevention Academy Marriott Global Safety & Security, Bali, Indonesia. I also had attended “Security Manager Program” course by Shangri-La Academy in Manila in 2014, International Shipping and Port Security Code (ISPS) and International Safety Management course which enhance my working skill.
I have obtained a Diploma in Public Administration & Law from University Technology MARA (UITM) Malaysia in 1995.

Responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of security personnel, work with General Manager to confirm all staff understands security procedures, and organizing patrolling of the property to deliver a safe Guest and Member experience. To ensure that hotel is in compliance with all local safety regulations and is conversant with hotel emergency procedures Maintain good communication and work relationships in all areas of the Hotel. Liaise with government and law enforcement agencies as necessary. Organize patrolling of all boundary areas, bedrooms, offices, storage areas, public areas, and function rooms. Assist the Hotel in complying with Local Fire Safety Legislation. Assist the Hotel with Local Safety Legislation to ensure compliance of the security department. Ensure tours are carried out for the purpose of fire prevention, safe means of escape, and security. Inquire as necessary into and report upon any thefts within the Hotel using your discretion in connection with any of these matters that you deem should be reported to the police. Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel, engage in the implementation of safety and security procedures for the department, and provide assistance and advice to other departments in relation to security. Prepare incident reports and ensure all allegations are properly followed up. Liaise with Departmental Heads to ensure hotel staff is aware of their security responsibilities. Plan, deliver and facilitate regular staff awareness training. Be fully conversant of company terrorist procedures and convey to staff. Be fully conversant with hotel Fire and Emergency procedures.
