About Candidate

I am currently working as Commi Chef (Indian Cuisine) at Marriott International in
Kochi, India. In this position I am responsible for food preparation and cooking,
plating, presentation, kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety
requirements, maintaining order and stocks supplies, helping in creating the menu
and I have also experience as a Banquet chef. I would describe myself as someone who is motivated, hardworking and eager to
