Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels in the area and manage day to day yield operations.
Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel.

Closely monitoring competition set pricing to create rate shop for next three months and aligning best flex rate (BFR) accordingly.  Managing and Screening reservation booking pace report three months out, to prepare yield accordingly.  Monitoring the page ranking / visibility and content on OTA’s and maintaining rate parity at all times.  Motivates and maintains good staff relations as well as performance assessment and recognizing their work & appreciating for employee satisfaction.  Review the monthly business reports and analyze market and occupancy trends.  Monitor the business of competition hotels in terms of new accounts and rates.  Work closely with the Sales and Marketing department in the area of promotions, special packages, corporate discounts, new accounts etc.  Follows up in credit check report, liaise with credit manager.
