  • Provide transportation for the General Manager and his/her guest.
  • Follow up the driver planning and scheduling.
  • Schedule annual vehicle examination for service vehicles with the Transportation Department and apply for the renewal for the vehicle license.
  • Determined when and what kind of maintenance the vehicle needs, keep track of general maintenance schedules, especially car tires condition.
  • Check oil and tires properly and keep the service vehicles in clean condition, both inside and outside.
  • Keep track of timely car insurance renewals.


  • Continuous learning through own IDP.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

  • Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Dust Internet and E-mail policy. Ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.


  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in secretarial, administrative experience. Exposure in hotel operation or hospitality business is highly desirable.
  • Computer literate and ability to use other office equipments.
  • Have excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken.

Highly-organized, detail-oriented and possess pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
