Job Description

Job Objectives: Supporting the Risk Management Committee and Risk Management Department in The development and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management practices for Dusit Thani Company Limited
Primary Responsibilities (In Brief)
• Develop and Implement a Risk Management Framework: Establish a comprehensive risk management framework that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.
• Systems and Procedures for Risk Identification: Implement systems, policies, procedures, and processes to identify, collect, and analyze risk-related information, identifying root causes, patterns, or trends that may negatively impact performance.
• Analytical Tools and Risk Metrics: Develop and utilize analytical tools, risk metrics, reports, scorecards, and other programs to support and monitor each business unit’s enterprise risk management framework.
• Culture of Risk Management Awareness: Promote a culture of risk management awareness and readiness through internal communication and formal training programs, reinforcing the “tone from the top” message.
• Risk Management Education and Training: Educate and train executives and staff on the risk management framework and their specific responsibilities in carrying out risk management activities.
• Risk Assessment Activities: Conduct risk assessment activities, including questionnaires, sessions, and workshops, for risk identification and ensure action plans are completed as planned.
• Reporting and Liaison: Present quarterly risk assessment reports to the Risk Management Committee, follow up with business units on implementing risk management activities, and liaise with Internal Audit for effective follow-up on risk management processes.
Job Requirements
1. Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
2. 3-5 years experience in management positions or comparable experience in Risk Management or Business Development
3. Strong written and spoken English
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Well-organized and detail-oriented person
6. High level of computer literacy
7. Proactive, hard-working, and team-spirited.
