Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and friendly receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will handle all incoming calls, greet visitors, file, fax, and photocopying, and perform other administrative duties as needed.

• Welcome the company’s guests and coordinate with internal staff on guests’ visits.
• Answering screenings and forwarding incoming phone calls.
• Take care of the meeting room and equipment for daily meetings, ensuring tidiness after the meeting is over. Also, monitor meeting room reservations.
• Provide drinking water or beverages for the company’s guests by coordinating with the department’s request and office maid.
• Handle incoming letters and parcels as well as distributing them.
• Update the internal extension number list.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Validate guest parking.
• Issue Wi-Fi codes for the company’s guests.
• Sending employee birthday cards.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
• Previous experience in a receptionist role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
