Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist with expertise in search ads and Performance Max to join our team at Dusit Hotels & Resorts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding each overseas property within our portfolio onto Google Ads, implementing and optimizing campaigns to drive traffic, bookings, and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the travel industry and hotel business, coupled with strong analytical skills to develop data-driven paid advertising strategies and effectively manage Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) metrics.
Excellent communication skills in English are essential for connecting with and reporting to our properties.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with property teams to onboard each Dusit Hotels & Resorts property overseas onto Google Ads platform.
– Develop and execute effective search ad campaigns to increase visibility, drive qualified traffic, and maximize conversions and revenues for each property.
– Implement and optimize Performance Max including managing message assets and ad creative assets such as images and videos, to enhance ad quality, relevance, and overall performance, ensuring that each property’s unique selling points are effectively communicated to target audiences.
– Utilize advanced analytics tools such as GA4, Google trends and destination insight to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
– Monitor and maintain campaign performance on key performance metrics, including ROAS, conversions, click-through rates, conversion rates, clicks and impression.
– Develop strategies and design campaign structure to improve campaign performance, leveraging audience targeting, ad copy optimization, and bidding strategies.
– Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features within the Google Ads ecosystem to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.
– Communicate regularly with property teams to provide updates, insights, and recommendations regarding campaign performance and optimization strategies.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, revenue management to align paid advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
– Stay abreast of changes in Google Ads policies and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices are maintained across all campaigns.
– Utilize AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini, to assist in generating ad text, identifying relevant keywords for search campaigns, and gaining insights to optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience (3+ years) managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on search ads and Performance Max, preferably within the travel industry or hospitality sector.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio) to derive insights and inform decision-making.
– Experience developing and implementing paid advertising strategies, with a focus on driving ROI and optimizing ROAS metrics.
– In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform features, functionality, and best practices.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and data insights to diverse stakeholders.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
– Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills in Japanese, Korean, Russian are a plus.
– Google Ads certifications are preferred.

Location: This position is based at Bangkok, Thailand.
