Job Description

Job Objectives

As the Senior Manager, Creative you will play a key role in conceptualising, developing and implementing creative strategy and designs for offline and online platforms with a special focus on digital media and web applications. Your creative expertise will contribute to our diverse portfolio of brands, each with unique characteristics and positioning. As a member of the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brands and ensuring a consistent and engaging visual presence across various touch points.

Creative Development

• Ideate and create visually stunning designs and videos for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, websites and other key digital touchpoints.
• Maintain brand identity and consistency throughout all design projects.
• Initiate and develop creative web designs to represent our brands online.
• Ensure that designs developed have an objective or target audience in mind.
• Support with required assets for web personalisation initiatives.
• Identify potential design gaps and propose improvements.

Project Management & Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into impactful and visually appealing designs.
• Overseeing and ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.
• Test and refine design templates to continually improve the user’s experience.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements on new projects.
• Adept at overseeing and managing third-party or outsourced production teams and freelancers.

Technologies and Best Practices

• Advising best practices and optimisations throughout design projects
• Test and refine design templates to continually improve the user’s experience.
• Participate or support in A/B testing to maintain conversion optimised designs.
• Conduct competitor design analysis and share latest emerging trends.
• Training and documentation of any new features, enhancements or processes
• Stay attuned to industry best practices, product and brand knowledge to ensure that designs remain relevant.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential impact on design
• Ability to review new technologies and assess their operational sustainability for Dusit.


• 5+ years’ experience in web or graphic design with a strong eye for visual design and composition
• Experience in graphic design and video editing software including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CapCut and other visual design tools.
• Experience with front-end development languages such as HTML and CSS
• Possess a growth mindset with a knack for infusing fun and creativity to your work.
• Previous experience in marketing and brand design is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of content management systems, standard web protocols and technical SEO best practices is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, fluent in Thai and good command in English
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
