Job Objectives

We are seeking a talented and passionate Copywriter & Content Developer to join our dynamic content culture and strategy team. You will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging copy across a variety of platforms, including social media, website content, blog posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials. Working closely with our social media manager, content manager, campaign manager, and graphic designer, you will play a key role in developing and executing content strategies that resonate with our target audience and achieve our business objectives.

• Conduct thorough research and develop content that aligns with brand voice, style, and messaging.
• Write persuasive and engaging copy for website pages, blog articles, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Optimise content for search engines (SEO) and user engagement.
• Collaborate with the graphic designer to ensure seamless integration of text and visuals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
• Proofread and edit your own work and others’ work as needed.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and actively participate in team discussions.
• Stay informed about company news and initiatives to ensure content is relevant and impactful.

• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong understanding of grammar and punctuation.
• Proven ability to create engaging and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences.
• Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
• Strong understanding of brand messaging and voice guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Passionate about content creation and staying up-to-date on industry trends.

Scope of Work:
The specific scope of work will be determined based on the team’s current needs and priorities. However, the following are some examples of projects you may be involved in:
• Developing and writing website content for various pages and sections.
• Creating engaging social media posts for different platforms.
• Writing blog articles and other content for our blog.
• Crafting email campaigns and newsletters.
• Developing marketing materials such as brochures, white papers, and case studies.
• Assisting with content audits and strategy development.


• 3 to 5+ years’ experience in copy writing
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
• Experience in a specific industry relevant to our company.
• Good understanding of content management systems, standard web protocols and technical SEO best practices is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, fluent in English and Thai.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
