Job Description


• Help the user both staff and guest when they have the problem with the computer for both software and hardware.
• Update the software if there is new version according to the dhr development.
• Update the summary and status of computers report of the hotel.
• Checking all computers capacity during low season.
• Update email list and telephone list for dhr.
• Checking telephone system in the hotel.
• Copy cd for every require department
• Must follow any policies or procedures which laid down by management.


• Continuous learning through own IDP.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

• Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Dust Internet and E-mail policy. Ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.


• Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
• Minimum of 2-4 years of IT support experience in medium-large organization is essential. Exposure to hospitality industry is highly desirable
• Basic knowledge in Fidelio, Opera, Micros, PC, LAN. and other applications widely used in hospitality business is a strong plus
• Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
• Possesses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
