Job Description


• Checks and ensures that the job assigned has been effectively completed on the timely basis and according to hotel’s expectation.
• Establishes two-way communication within and related departments.
• Prepares relevant reports for the concerned section.
• Manages time effectively by meeting deadlines on time.
• Identifies and solves problems in a professional manner.
• Assists others to ensure the operation is run smoothly and effectively.


• Assists in the completion of the highlight of the monthly operating result
• Assists in preparing various journal vouchers
• Assists in preparing monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliation
• Assists in the timely submission, preparation, and remittance of local/national taxes and other government agencies
• Assists in the checking of timesheets and payroll preparation
• Knows and understands policies of the department well and can guide others to perform the job well.
• Provides assistance to other employees when required.
• Maintains grooming standards.


• Reports to officer/unit manager or department head concerned.
• Works closely with other employees to ensure that all activities are accomplished.


• Continuous learning through own IDP.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

• Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Dust Internet and E-mail policy. Ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.


• Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Have good communication skills in written and spoken English
• Analytical minded and proactive
• Possess professional disposition
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
