Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist the Director of Revenue Management in maximizing revenue and yield through business trend analysis, highlighting areas of opportunity and ensuring delivery and maintenance of optimum data mining, revenue management, pricing and distribution strategies on an ongoing basis.
• To prepares forecasts of revenue, profit, demand and occupancy for rooms and function space
• To serve as an inventory and restriction expert and ensure the inventory distribution through all channels is in line with the company’s distribution strategy and closely monitor business shifts between channels (Channel Management).
• To assist the Director of Revenue Management in driving online business direct to our CRS and brand.com.
• To gather the market information through principal research methods to analyze the local, national or regional hotels’ market conditions.
• To formulates, prepares and communicates reports for senior management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• To assist in the preparation of the weekly yield/revenue meeting reports and agenda and supporting documentation
• To help develop and maintain analytical tools and systems toward maximizing total hotel revenue
• To assist in the distribution, packages, promotion, pricing, and design of hotel services or products to the related people.

• Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education of bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, revenue management, hotel management or relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hotel Revenue Management experience.
• Have excellent English communication skills in written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, resourceful
• Knowledge of PMS, CRS, CRM, RMS will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheet software, database management, analytical tools and data analysis will be an advantage
