Job Description


• Requests new Work Permit, Extension of Visa & Work Permit, contact Embassy for Corporate Expatriate staff and give counsel to HR of each property about Visa & Work Permit matters & regulations.
• Provide guidance to staff and senior leaders to ensure that policies and practices are maintained in order to effectively deliver exceptional services..
• Support strong workforce development and succession planning through recruitment, retention programs, staff development and employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Be part and support all HR activities.
• Assists in preparing the logistics and documentation for new employee on-boarding.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Human Resources.


• Continuous learning through own IDP.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

• Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Dust Internet and E-mail policy. Ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.


• Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Strong knowledge in VISA and work permit’s rules and regulations.
• Practical experience in HR administrative function at least 5 years. Exposure in hospitality business is desirable
• Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
• Computer literate
• Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
